I had other contractors there while he was doing his work, and Mike was great about working around them and being patient with me. He explained in detail what was going on with my dryer duct, took before and after photos, and discussed his diagnosis with me. He has quality equipment and a camera he puts in the duct, so you can see the results of his cleaning. He went above and beyond helping me clean a fan that wasn’t part of his scope, as well as using his equipment to help me address a leak another plumber caused, and he didn’t want any compensation for either jobs, but rather was just being a nice guy and helping because he could. He was on time, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with on my dryer duct issue. I would absolutely use him again! I wish there were more contractors like him!!!
